I'm renting out a nice room in my big flat. The room comes with a private bathroom and the renter will share the Living room and kitchen with the other housemate, a 24 year-old student who lives here part time.
We have long experience with renting out a room to students. We're both relaxed and open-minded people. I love art and has a job as a social worker.
You'll have access to a kitchen , you’re room is quiet and facing the backyard. The room is fully furnished. There's a single bed, a wardrobe and desk too. The area is lively, safe and has a very good vibe.
