Room for rent :))

Hi there!
I’m looking for a responsible and friendly roommate to rent a room in my apartment.

The Room:
19 square meters
Furnished with bed, table/chairs, and a clothes rack.
Rent includes heat, water, electricity, WiFi.

Rent: 4,700 DKK/month
Deposit: 14,000 DKK which you will get back when you move.
We each contribute around 100–150 DKK/month for shared household items

About You:
I’m looking for someone with a stable income and a regular day work schedule and an active life. It’s important that you value a clean and calm home and are willing to help maintain it with me

About Me:
I work a lot, and while I really enjoy being social, I recharge best at home, so it’s ideal if you also have your own social life. That said, I love a good chat when I have time!
