looking for a roomie in Sydhavn for short term rent

Hey future roomie!

Are you doing an internship or long holiday in Copenhagen? Then we are looking for you.

I am travelling from the 30.9. to the 18.10. and sublet my room during that trip. Because of that please be aware that an extension and CPR registration is not possible.

We live in a newly built apartment complex 20 meters from the water on Teglholmen, with several swimming spots close by.

Your room has about ~10 sqm. and lies towards the courtyard. The appartement has 99 sqm. where the other two private rooms make up ~10 sqm and ~12 sqm of that. We have a nice balcony as well.
Your future roommates are Ravi and Weronica. Ravi works and Weronica just started her degree. Together we sometimes have movie nights and every few months we host a party.

We keep the communal space tidy and clean up after ourselves. This a lgbtq+ friendly space.
What we don't like are due to allergies pineapple and kiwi. That's why we want to keep this apartment free of those 2 fruits.

The rent is 4500DKK including heating, electricity and internet.
