I am subletting my lovely 17m2 room in a 112m2 apartment 5 minutes from Flintholm station with both metro, S train and bus. The move-in date is flexible and the rental period is for 3-8 weeks, depending on you.
The monthly rent is 7500 kroner, which includes all bills: Electricity consumption, heating, water and internet.
The room is fully furnished.
The apartment is 112 square meters, located on the 2nd floor, and consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen-dining room, bathroom and a shared balcony. There is a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine in the apartment. There is also a bicycle cellar.
The apartment is close to public transport and grocery stores. Flintholm and Vanløse stations are each only 5 minutes by bike to reach both metro and train + shopping center. There are also a number of ...other shopping options within walking/cycling distance. CBS' campus is only 5-10 minutes away, depending which part of the campus you are going to.
You will be living with Katrine (27, Danish) and Nataly (27, Czech). They are doing an internahip/working full-time. We do not smoke, and pets are not allowed. We would prefer that you do not smoke either and if you do, it is outside :-)
We are looking for someone who can figure out how to clean up after themselves and contribute to the community by taking part in common tasks such as cleaning and buying new appliances, so that we share a nice home. We respect privacy and a closed door, and we would very much like to have a home where you can relax and where things run smoothly.
Due to the short rental period, only a small deposit of 1/2 months' rent will be added to the move-in price in case something breaks and you are responsible for it. This should be paid along with the rent for the entire rental period - depending on how many weeks you stay, we will calculate the final price together.
