Hi there,

My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate to join our home in Østerbro. The apartment is really nice, and the building is brand new, so it's equipped with everything one might wish for, except a pool.

Anyway, here are a few facts;

* Possible indoor parking for car, if needed

The room itself is 14 square meters, but the apartment itself is 110 square meters, and we share the whole space, except our private rooms.

I'll be renting out 1 room with a nice view over a green yard, and direct access to each their balcony.
