Shared flat in Århusgade kvarteret

It's a 14m2 room in a 130m2 flat for three people in a really cozy part of Østerbro halfway between Fælledparken and Nordhavn. We have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a yard, a well-supplied kitchen, and a ton of board games.

You'll be sharing with me (Josh, 26, US, phd student) and Peter (37, HU, software dev / manager). We have a great house community (dinners a few times a week, small parties pretty often, wine and chat, wine and movies...) and would love to keep that going with our next flatmate. We have pretty wide-ranging interests and are great conversationalists despite our tech backgrounds ;) When not suffering the plague, I like making stuff at the fablab, hanging out with communities like bioteket.dk and think.dk, dancing, and going to jazz concerts. Peter is a wise, steady guy who always knows the right game for the group and never makes you feel like an idiot while he teaches you the rules.

We're looking for someone who expects to stay for a while (>1y) with a similar laid-back cleanliness, love of hanging out half the time, and a personality type to balance us out. Our friend moving out is willing to sell much of the furniture in her room.

We split the costs evenly between the three of us, which comes out to 5982 for rent, heat and water, plus ~150 or so per person for power each month, and we typically get 1000 or so back per person each year for heat and water that we didn't use.
