We’re Sarah and Kasper, and as our beloved roommate Laura is moving country, we’re looking for our new roommate to join our warm, social, and chill co-living place!
About the apartment:
- Located in the warm, exotic southern Brønshøj, with 8-10min by bike to Vanløse station.
- Quiet neighbourhood with green common area across the street (pictured). You can hear the birds chirping. Yet you’re still close to the big city action
- ‘Hyggelig’ kitchen/living room area—perfect for board games, shared dinners, or a shared refreshment and a catch-up after work/gym/social dance
- East-facing terrace, ideal for your morning coffee or a sunny afternoon chat.
- Common washer and dryer in the basement, shared with our downstairs neighbours.
- Huge attic space for storage.
- Grocery stores, gyms, and G...røndal Multicenter in close vicinity.
About the room:
- Southward-facing, getting ALL the daylight
- Fully furnished, sporting bed with storage, desk, chair, etc.
Rent & details:
- 5000 kr/month, incl. heat, water, internet, and content insurance.
Move-in cost: 2 months rent for deposit + 1 month pre-paid rent + rent for the month.
- CPR registration available - and necessary.
- Move-in: 1st of July
- Unlimited rental period.
- Electricity, cleaning amenities, etc. are shared.
About you:
- Late-ish 20’s or early 30’s
- Have experience living with others and value open, respectful, collaborative communication.
- Socially oriented, appreciating space for a chat at the end of the day, doing stuff as a household, and merging some of our friend groups.
- Planning to stay in Copenhagen for more than 6 months.
- Non-smoker/vaper (not even on the terrace).
- No couples, kids, or pets.
- Respectful of closed doors and calm after 22:00 with respect for our senior neighbours downstairs.
About us:
Sarah:
- Moved to Copenhagen in October 2025 to finish her industrial Masters thesis in Biochemsitry & Biotechnology.
- From the lovely land of Germany
- Day to day consists of masters thesis work, and job in a ramen restaurant.
- If not at work, you can find her at the bouldering gym, at salsa, or sitting atht canals enjoying some beers.
Kasper:
- Proud and humble winner of best landlord awards 2025.
- Came to Copenhagen in 2019 from Aarhus in Jutland.
- Enjoys Powerlifting, falling over his feet doing Bachata, or rushing to board the next flight (for business AND pleasure).
- Work in the pharmaceutical industry, doing his part in making life better for more people :)
