Tiny room for let. Fully furnished. No pets, no smoking, only for one person.

I'm currently on disability due to arthritis, so I am home all the time - so I'd prefer someone who isn't home as much as me, if that makes sense. If you just need the room as a commuter room (Monday-Friday, or 5 days per week), the price is 3500 per month. As I am expecting to get well soon-ish, the lease is max'ed at 6 months.

I also expect you to know how to do your own laundry (The Lukas-rule), not smoke weed in the apartment (The Jay-rule), and not hoard mouldy plates in the room (The Christian-rule).

Fair warning: there are - like most other apartments by now - skægkræ, but it's not too bothersome.
