Location: The Rooms of approximately 13m2 is located in a house right in Valby, very close to Frederiksberg and Copenhagen Business School (CBS). You will be sharing the house with other students/tenants. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom on both floors, a nice garden behind the house and washing machine included in the lease. The house is located very close to the beautiful Damhus Lake, yet also close to the city center of Copenhagen.
Transportation: The house is located 7 minutes from CBS on bike and 15 minutes from the inner city. Other than biking there are several train stations and bus stops located close by.
Local Shopping possibilities: local stores like Netto and Lidl are located very close to the house.
Price/terms: Rent is 4250-4900dkk. monthly which includes water, heat, electricity and internet. Deposit is equal to 3 months rent and will be paid prior to occupation. It will be mandatory that you issue a personal home insurance to cover for your own room. This can be done for about 100-150 dkk. per month. We can guide and assist you with this. The lease comes without a maximum period, wherefore you can lease the room as long as you wish. There is a 2 months termination period from both sides of the lease contract.
