Hello
We are an elderly couple that would like to rent out a room in our apartment.
We have a big interest in culture and language, and therefore open for a foreign roommate :)
The apartment is 143m2 and is divided into 5 rooms. The room that is for rent is 8 m2 and is fully furnished. Furthermore you will have access to the bathroom, free to use the washing machine and the kitchen. You Will have your own entrance so, it almost feel like to divede apartments.
The location is not far from the center of Copenhagen and is in walking distance to Hellerup train station. Furthermore, in front of the appartment’s main entrance there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the city center. The sea is just 3 min away, and if you want to excercise the park and the fitness center is only 4-6 min away.
We are tolerant people, but we still believe mutual respect, including following established rule, is a key to a successful co-renting.
