Light quiet room (ONLY female tenant)

Situated just by the lakes, in the quiet neighbourhood of Østerbro, a furnished room is available on the 3. floor. The apartment is close to green areas (Østre anlæg and Kastellet). Public transportation bus/metro to the city is just around the corner and the city is less than 10 mins by bike.

YOU:
I prefer a female tenant. You are in Copenhagen on an internship, Erasmus programme doing ex. your master/PhD at the university. Out of privacy reasons, I prefer a tenant non-danish speaking.

Please note that you are renting a room in a private home, not a shared flat/community of residence. No parties, loud music or smoking.

THE ROOM:
Is 12sqm and there is guest toilet that will be dedicated to you.
You have access to the kitchen and to our bathroom, where you will find the shower.
You will have your own cupboard in the kitchen and a shelf in the refrigerator.
There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, lamps and a dresser. There is bed linen, duvet, and pillow available, if you don’t bring your own.
Wifi, electricity and heating included in rent.

ME:
The apartment is 124 sqm. I live a very quiet life and work at a museum. My grown up children often comes by. Sometimes my daughter (19 years) stays here for a couple of days.
I have been renting the room out for the past 10 years. Mostly for a period from 6-12 months.
