I am Marko, 35y old civil engineer from Serbia. I’ve been living in Copenhagen for the last 6 years.

I am renting out the room with a balcony in my apartment near Vanløse Station. It takes 18 minutes by metro to reach Nørreport station from the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building located on a quiet street.

Apartment has 3 rooms and 2 balconies, and it’s organized in a way so we both have our own private space.

Apartment consist of:
- my room
- your room - furnished, with the access to your balcony)
- guest room (you can use this room when family/friends visit you)
- dinning area (share)
- kitchen (share) - with all appliances stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, air fryer, washing machine
- bathroom (share)

* Rent: 6000 DKK per month (water, heating, electricity, internet and sanitary supplies included)
* Deposit: 6000 DKK
* Move in date: 1st of July
* Cpr available
