Cozy room in Nørrebro

Looking for a stable and orderly roommate for my apartment on the border between Nørrebro and Frederiksberg. The whole apartment is 114 square meters and I'm renting out one room of 15 sm, but with access to two shared living rooms. The apartment consists of two smaller apartments, which have been merged. This means that there are currently two bathrooms - and the a renovation process is ongoing. It's planned to be over before the end of summer, but there will be some inconvenience until then. Smoking is not permitted inside. The rent includes 300 kr. aconto for electricity.

Move in date is 1/5-21, but sooner than that is also possible :)

About me:
I'm a 33 year old Danish guy working as a Postdoc, at the IT University of Copenhagen. I would say that I'm pretty down to earth and sociable, but I definitely also value privacy and me-time. I don't really have parties in the apartment, but I do have friends over for dinner, drinks and board games once in a while and I'll hit the town from time to time (or used to, before covid). I enjoy discussions, board/computer games, reading, movies and travel.

I'd like to find a roommate who is - of course - friendly, orderly, respecting of my space, but who would also like to share a meal regularly.

Please note that you'll be sharing the apartment with Rey, a 4-year old cat (featured in the pictures).

The apartment is in a large "andelsforening" with a spacious courtyard with bicycle parking and its own laundromat.
