A single room for a female is available from 1st of January in a beautiful and modern apartment in a new building in Islands Brygge (long term period). NO COUPLES and STUDENTS!!! The room is 15 m2, has a private balcony; shared toilet with me, kitchen and living room. The rent is 5.355 DKK per month (without utilities) and 645DKK utilities= 6000 DKK. The deposit is 2 months of rent- 10 710 DKK.
The flat is on the 3th floor with access to elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and furnished, common space: kitchen with a dishwasher, living room, balcony, common garden, basement -washing machine and a tumble drier in – the room has a big wardrobe and a bed – floor heating in the apartment- Rules: No smoking, no noise, no pets. The apartment is 7 min from Islands Brygge station, 1 min from bus stops, groceries shops- Fakta and Super Brugsen nearby.
I have graduated Masters in Management of Creative Business processes at CBS and working with events and cruise lines´ operations.
Requirements- It is very important to for me that the flatmate is clean, tidy, reliable, respectful and eager to take care of the place. Experience with sharing places before is a huge plus.
