An unfurnished room for long-term rent (pendler arrangement is an option)

Hi there! My name is Kat and I’m a 42yo female originally from Tallinn, Estonia, who has been living abroad for the last 22 odd years (London first, Copenhagen now).

My current flatmate is moving countries after us living together for over 4 years and so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over an unfurnished 12.3sq m room (293 x 419), which is one of the two rooms in a non-smoking apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen.

I see home as a calm place where I can relax and recharge, so a good dynamic is vital as the place simply isn’t big enough to be living as strangers.

I love traveling whenever possible, spending time in nature, going to music gigs and resting.
I’m looking for a tidy (very important, especially in the common areas), considerate and mature person who is willing to have an open dialogue instead of shutting down, easily taking offense or becoming confrontational. I believe it’s essential to have a two-way conversation going on when two strangers first start cohabiting the same space.

As for the practicalities then the rent is inclusive of all bills (water, heating, electricity, internet, as well as the use of a shared laundry room in the basement) and I’m looking to sublet the room long-term. A ‘pendler’ arrangement is also an option.
