Have a clear profile and be informative about who you are/description and what you will be doing in Copenhagen, after all if sharing a roof it is important.
As I am a pensioner and spend a fair amount time at home, I look for a lodger who spends less time at home than myself - so close to full time work/apprenticeship/study is a requirement : )
The room is for 1 person ONLY (one lodger)
CPR registration is allowed. You must have a mature 'attitude', stable mental personality and be used to general essentials of house keeping. Available for a kind, stable and responsible person, age has to be above 20 yrs.
Bright 14 sqm. room in a modern apartment with a comfortable single bed, shoe rack, desk, chair and cupboards with shared bathroom + kitchen. Bed clothing is available if needed and most kitchen utensils you will find here already. There is space in the locker room for excess stuff .
Nearest METRO is Bella Center or Ørestaden. Walking distance to shops Irma, Rema and Netto + FIELDS mall.
Incl. WI-FI, electricity, cable, heating and water bills. The flat has dishwasher and washing machine.
Situated on the ground floor with direct access to green areas and a garden/terrace with lawn and benches, park and other recreational outdoors areas around the corner. Be aware that I have many plants as its my hobby!!!
I am a retired female, of Indian origin but have been living in DK/Europe the last 40+ years. I am used to sharing my home and have had mainly good experiences.
NOTE: The lodger has general cleaning duty for about half hour weekly.
The flat and terrace is 100% non smoking .
