Our apartment is 90 m2 and has 3 separate rooms of which one could be yours. The apartment is from 2017.
We have an open-well kitchen and living room, a bath room with washing machine and terrace. You are free to use the livingroom as it pleases you, but we have a rule that is has to be quiet after 22:00 in weekdays :). The other 2 rooms are occupied, 1 by me and my gf and the other by a girl from Hungary.

The room has a dress drawer, desk, desk lamp, chair, bed and curtains.

We are looking for a tidy person.
