I am renting out a 12 m² room in my beautiful 101 m² flat, built in 2008 and located directly on the harbor front in København SV. The flat offers stunning water views and features a lovely little balcony, a spacious kitchen and living room, a hallway, and a modern bathroom.
About the Room & Rental Terms:
• Size: 12 m² (unfurnished except for a bed, curtains, a ceiling lamp, and wall-mounted shelving in one corner).
• Availability: Initially for a 2-year period, with a standard 1-month notice if you wish to move out earlier.
• Rent includes: Access to all common areas and utilities.
About Me:
You will be sharing the f...lat with me. I am a 44-year-old gay man, recently single after a 9-year relationship. Prior to that, I lived with roommates for 6 years and loved the experience.
I work full-time as a high school teacher (gymnasielærer), a job I truly enjoy. In my spare time, I am quite active. During the warmer months, I bicycle-commute to work (about 28 km each way). I also love swimming in the harbor right outside our doorstep when the weather allows. Besides that, I enjoy exploring the city and spending quality time with my friends and family.
Who I am Looking For:
I am looking for a roommate who has a stable job or is currently studying.
As a person, I value a home where we respect each other's need for privacy and a quiet space to recharge, but where we can also enjoy a casual chat, a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or watching a film together every now and then. Keeping the common areas clean and tidy is important to me, so we both feel comfortable.
