Hi, I'm looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment in Frederiksberg.
The room is 10msq, furnished with a bed (with huge storage space underneath the mattress) and a big wardrobe. There is a lot of light coming into the room.
The apartment is 68sqm and has a nice living room with a balcony on the inner yard, a nice kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
It is in an old building, so the wooden floor could be a bit squeaky and uneven.
The only downside is the small Copenhagen-style bathroom (but the shower is not on the WC at least).

A bit about myself: I'm Eric. A 32-years-old from the Italian Alps. I'm an easy-going person; I like to cook and to stay active, am very clean and like to keep my apartment tidy. In the kitchen, I'm into fermentation, mostly kombucha.
I'm searching for a social roommate (male or female) possibily late 20s and early 30s with whom to share the space, open to having dinner together and doing some activities (watching a movie/serie, playing boardgames or just chatting). Basically to live the apartment. I also like to have space for myself, so sometimes I will spend time in my room gaming or just relaxing.
The room is a sublet and the lease is for under 6 months with possibily to extend (no more than 2 years anyway).
The rent is 7.500 + energy bill to split (do not know yet how much as it still to arrive). Deposit only 1 month.
