Hi! We are looking for someone to take over a room in a flat with cool flatmates.
About the place:
- Rent: ~7000 kr per month (all inclusive ex. electricity)
- Deposit & pre-paid: 3 months of pre-paid + 3 months of deposit. This can be paid in parts.
- Move-in date: July 1st
- Location: Indre By - in between Kongen Nytorv and Gammel Strand stations (5-10 mins walk).
The bedroom is 19 m² and comes furnished. The furniture would ideally be bought, but that can be discussed. The flat has three bedrooms in total. We have a dishwasher and washing machine available, and we share costs of basic, shared commodities (toilet paper, dishwashing soap, etc).
There’s an inner courtyard with space to park bikes (but no car parking space). The flat is very centrally located and surrounded by endless choices of bakeries, supermarkets, and shops. The airport is 25 mins away, it’s a direct trip with the metro.
About us:
You will have 3 flatmates - We are three international expats who have lived in Copenhagen for the last 4-6 years. We are social but quiet; once in a while we enjoy getting together to watch TV or cook dinner. Most of the time, we keep to our individual schedules, and are respectful of shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathroom).
- Marek and Luis are a couple: Luis is 25, loves to dance and has an insane skincare routine; Marek is 33, enjoys movies, video games and is amazing with indoor plants
- Nat (myself) is 29, enjoys wine and tries to balance it out with Pilates
Who are we looking for:
We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and organized, preferably with full-time employment to match our schedules. We would prefer longer-term stays - at least 1 year.
