Hi!
We’re looking for a new roommate for the biggest room in our shared apartment from September 1st, 2026.
You’ll be living with me and Tristan, and we’re looking for someone who wants to live in a nice home with a good vibe — a place where people are friendly and social, but also respectful of each other’s space and routines.
About us
I’m 31, originally from Aarhus, but I’ve lived in Copenhagen for around 10 years. I study computer science and work fairly close to home. In my free time I enjoy cooking, watching football, gaming, being social and going out, and I spend a lot of time with friends and family.
Tristan is 29, an engineer, and originally from Canada, but he’s been living in Denmark for almost a year. He spends a lot of time with his girlfriend and friends, loves traveling... and hiking, is generally quite active, and also enjoys dancing.
We both have our own lives, but we also like doing things together once in a while — for example cooking dinner, having a BBQ, watching sports, or going out for food or drinks. Tristan doesn’t really drink, but I do.
About the apartment
It’s a shared flat with a big garden. One part of the garden is mostly ours, while the rest is shared with the two other apartments in the building.
The apartment also has:
a shared laundry room
basement storage
a kitchen that is pretty much fully stocked with appliances and kitchenware
If you have some nice furniture, an espresso machine, or something similar, we’re definitely open to rearranging things a bit.
We clean up after ourselves and take turns cleaning the common areas, and that system works well for us.
About the room
The available room is the biggest one in the apartment and is located at the bottom right of the floor plan. We pay rent proportionally based on room size.
Financial details
Rent: DKK 5,625
Water and heating: DKK 600
Monthly total: DKK 6,225
Deposit: DKK 16,875
In addition, internet, electricity, and insurance are paid when the bills come in. That usually comes to around DKK 500 per month.
Practical info
Move-in date: September 1st, 2026
The contract will be a standard rental contract made through Rentdesk.
Ideally I’d like to have a signed contract in place by the beginning of August.
