Private fully furnished room, with queen size bed, 2 x bedside tables, table lamp, and its own private bathroom and walk in robe waiting to be enjoyed by someone who loves life, and a peaceful living space. Full access to the fully equipped kitchen and all utensils, washing machine and dishwasher. Lounge room with 65” tv, I have a cleaner in every fortnight but I generally keep it clean and tidy.

All bills are included in the rent - internet, water, gas, Netflix, fortnightly cleaner.
