Female tenant wanted. As the apartment is small and I’m also a woman, I’m specifically looking for a female renter.
Hello! I’m renting out a bright, fully furnished 13 m² room in my 53 m² apartment in beautiful Christianshavn, Copenhagen.
The room is well suited for someone with minimal kitchen needs. As there is no access to the main kitchen, small and simple meals can easily be prepared in the room itself. The room includes quality furniture, a queen-sized bed, a fridge with a mini freezer, a combi microwave/oven, and a kettle.
A good match is important to me. I value a clean, calm, and harmonious home, especial...ly when it comes to the bathroom, which must be kept spotless. If you naturally enjoy a very clean environment, appreciate peace and quiet, and live an independent lifestyle, we’ll likely be a good match.
House rules: Non-smoking home, no parties or overnight guests. If streaming, listening to music, or the like, we both just use headphones or keep the volume low enough not to be audible to each other.
Because my sleeping area is a bit more sound-sensitive, it would be great if we can generally wrap up bathroom routines by around 10 or 10:30 PM. It’s just a small courtesy that helps me sleep well. Thanks a lot!
The location is excellent - just a 2-minute walk to Christianshavn metro station. You’ll be close to shops, cafés, the waterfront, canals, lush green surroundings, cobblestone streets, and very little traffic, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The area is also known for its beautiful, colorful historic houses.
About me: I’m a 51-year-old commercial photographer who enjoys animals, nature, Norway, podcasts, psychology and yoga. I have a sweet little dog and am said to be rather nice :-)
CPR is required.
Rent is 4,900 DKK per month. From October to March, heating for your room is paid separately (approx. 300 DKK/month), and bathroom water costs are shared (your share approx. 100 DKK/month).
If it ends up being you who’s offered the room, you’re welcome to have a chat with the previous tenant for your peace of mind.
