Hello! I’m offering a sunny, fully furnished room in my 53 m² apartment in beautiful Christianshavn, Copenhagen. The room is 13 m² and comes with a queen-sized bed, quality furniture, a mini fridge, combi microwave/oven, and a kettle.
One key note: I truly value a clean and tidy environment, especially in the bathroom. If you appreciate keeping the bathroom spotless and leaving it neat for the next person, we’ll be a great match! I’m also looking for someone who naturally has a qu...iet, peaceful personality and doesn’t create noise.
Rent: 5150 DKK per month. From October to March, you cover heating for your room (about 300 DKK/month), and we share bathroom water costs (about 100 DKK/month).
Kitchen Access: Due to the apartment’s small size, kitchen use is limited. We’ll agree on suitable times for both of us, and minimal kitchen needs are ideal.
There’s a washer and dryer in the basement, with costs settled every three months. No extra furniture can be added, and no sleepovers and no partner in the room are allowed due to space and past experiences.
The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to Christianshavn metro, with shops, cafés, and canals all around. CPR registration is required.
