New Flatmate for an International Shared Flat

Hey Everyone,

We’re on the hunt for a friendly and responsible flatmate to join our cozy flat. We're looking for a student (no older than 30 years, international). We would prefer people who are staying for a longer period of time.

The flat is located in Tingbjerg, right next to Tingbjergkollegiet. You have access to the 2A bus, and there are several supermarkets and a gym nearby. It takes 20-35 minutes by bike to reach the city center.

The room is 11 sqm and fully furnished. The rent is 2,300 DKK per month, which is very affordable because the house is owned by KAB. Electricity, heat and internet are not included in the rent (currently around 250 dkk per month).

The flat also has 3 other bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen and flat are very well equipped: We have a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ... and also a washing machine. In the basement, there’s space to store some items, and there’s also a parking spot for your bicycle.

Currently, we are 3 international students (from Hong Kong, Morocco, and Germany). It's important that you're willing to help with cleaning from time to time and that you're easygoing and social.

We prefer non-smokers and as we are 3 guys also a 4th male flatmate. CPR number is no problem, but it's not possible to get the room only for that.

Move-in-date would be the mid July til August. It's flexible.
