Looking for a new roomie :)

I’m looking for a flatmate for an apartment in Østebro!

The room will be available starting July 3rd. It is 16m2 and fully furnished.

The apartment is a 52m2 two-room flat, located on the 2nd floor, with access to a lovely shared courtyard, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, an attic, and a bike garage. There is access to a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the building.

??Rent is 7350 dkk/month (gas, electricity and internet are not included). The deposit is 15000 DKK, plus one month’s prepaid rent= 22350 dKK total to move in.

The flat is on Marstalsgade, a really nice street in Østebro – just 100m from Nordhavn S-train station (lines A,B,Bx,C,E,H) and 200m from the metro. Nordhavn beach is only 300m away. The lakes are 5minutes by bike and the city centre is 10 minutes away by bike.

CPR registration is possible.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am a spanish civil engineer on my 30s. I don’t smoke, i enjoy cooking, working out and dancing.

I'm looking for a roommate who:
- doesn't smoke
- doesn't have pets
- stay minimum 1 year
