Hey!
We are looking for a new roommate in our flat at Nørrebros runddel from 1st of APRIL on (long-term with CPR registration possible). The room is 20m2. The rent is 7.950 dkk. The flat in total is 124m2. We have a big living room and a well sized modern bathroom.
You’ll be living with Max (28) and Niklas (30). Max will be moving out end of May. So you’ll be looking for a new roommate together with Niklas soon.
Niklas or Nicki is truly one of a kind. In his free time, you will most likely find him running, cycling, or swimming as he trains for the Ironman Copenhagen. When he is not doing that, he enjoys exploring new AI tools, reading, or meeting friends for a good coffee. Living with him is super easy. He is always up for a laugh, but also someone you can turn to for thoughtful advice. He is also a great cook, and I (Johanna) absolutely love getting to try his meals, haha.
It’s important for us to find someone that is a kind and positive person with whom we are comfortable sharing our personal space. We are working full time and when we come home we want to feel at ease. Preferably you are not a student that is partying a lot :grinning: But it’s perfectly fine if you’re a social person and enjoy hosting dinners or the like. It’s also important to us that you are clean and also appreciate a flat that feels tidy and cared for.
