We are three people f, 25, (USA), m, 34, (Sweden) and f, 39 (Denmark), looking for one roommate for our penthouse apartment in Amager. Janne & myself are engaged and share one bedroom together.
The apartment is 140 square meters and consists of four well isolated private rooms. One of these rooms is being used as a walk in closet. There is a large kitchen/living room area. All rooms have private French balconies with double doors. The ceiling height varies from 1.20 m to 3 m, giving all the rooms a charming character. From the living room you can reach our south facing terrace with BBQ and an outdoor pizza oven.
Amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher in a lovely kitchen. The neighborhood offers great shopping options, including a well-stocked Kvickly & Føtex. ...There are two fitness centers close by (Pure Gym). The nearest Metro station (DR Byen) is a 10-minute walk away, and there is less than a 10-minute walk to the 5C / 250S stop on Amagerbrogade. For rainy days, buses 33 and 78 stop just below the apartment.
The available bedroom is the largest in the apartment at 20 m² and faces north.
The room features a spacious built-in wardrobe and a 160 cm bed with practical storage underneath.
Our current roommate has arranged the space with a cozy armchair placed by the floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the courtyard. Thanks to the elevated position and generous distance to neighbouring buildings, the room enjoys a strong sense of privacy. All in all, it’s a great option for a morning person who appreciates both space and calm surroundings.
Additional features include fiber internet, TV with everything you need, and SONOS sound systems in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
We are neat and social people who enjoy meeting new people. We love cooking pasta together, drinking wine, sharing a glass of champagne (we have a monthly subscription), and playing board games or outdoor games such as Pétanque.
