We’re looking for a new roommate for our lovely apartment at Poppelstykket 50, just 2 minutes from Copenhagen Syd Station, for the period 07/26 – 02/27.
The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.
Size:
You’ll have a bright room of 13.5 m² in a spacious apartment of 142 m², featuring 4 bedrooms, a large open kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms, and a big west-facing balcony.
Rent: 5,491 DKK/month, including water and heating.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with three friendly roommates: Maja (21), Thomas (25), and Andreas (25), all students in Copenhagen.
We’re looking for a calm and responsible tenant who will take good care of the room while I’m away. Feel free to write a bit about yourself if you’re interested.
