The room is equipped with a wardrobe, sofa, bed, desk, and chair. Internet, water, electricity, and heating are all included in the rent—there are no additional costs. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are available in our apartment.
We are looking for a responsible person who can integrate easily while respecting everyone's peace.
We are one German, one Indonesian, and one Spaniard (m,w,m) in our mid/late 30s and work in digital marketing, podiatry, and archaeology. We are all pretty much doing the daily grind in the office/laboratory/at the client throughout the week from morning to late afternoon and do social things on the weekend. We sometimes hit the local bar down...stairs in the evening to have a beer after work.
The flat is 100m from Nørrebro Station and the Metro ring. It can easily be reached via bus (5C, 4A, 350S) or S-train and Metro. It's 5min to Stefansgade or the red plaza and you can reach most of the uni campuses within ~15min by bike.
Ideally, you maintain a standard daytime schedule (e.g., 9–5) to match the rest of the household and keep the common areas quiet during nighttime hours. We don't want to exclude smokers by default. Smokers are okay as long as they go downstairs—but no smoking in the apartment. All genders, nationalities, or other attributes are welcome, as long as other people are not disturbed in their natural habitat :)
Facts in short: 16m2. Monthly rent: 5500kr all bills incl; 2 months deposit (11000kr) to be paid at takeover. This includes use of the whole household including kitchen, internet, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and all other inventory. We have an attic for storage purposes, as well as parking spots behind the house and a locked bicycle shed. There's a blender and a juicer too!
