Hey!
I am looking for new roommate for big 17m2 full furnished room (minus PS5) plus an additional 7m2 room that can be used as a bedroom, home office, or fitness room (the small room is unfurnished)
Apartment located in København S (Zone 1), 5 minutes walk from Amagerbro metro station and 15 minutes walk from the Amager Strand.
With available CPR and Contract. (Long Term Only!)

Price 8 000DKK + one month deposit + payment for the last month. Total move in price 24 000
Internet, Electricity and cooking GAS will be split equally every month. (So far me and my current roommate do pay each 160 for internet, around 200 for EL and around 80DKK for cooking GAS)
Laundry located in the basement. 15DKK per wash and 20DKK (40min) per dryer in the pay-system of the complex.
I looking for non-smoker person :)
Available for a single person or a couple.

About me - I am a 40 old man from Lithuania, working full time with computer animation. In my free time I like to have a glass of wine, play video games, have a long walk or short run, go to the GYM.
