FEMALE COMMUTER ONLY!
We are looking for a calm, female commuter who will reside in Copenhagen 2-3 days a week on weekdays for work, and travels to another place for the rest of the week.
We are not looking for a roommate, as we are a small family and we need our privacy.
The room is for you only (no guests).
The room:
13 sqm bright and cozy room with courtyard view and wooden floors.
The apartment is super close to the subway, trains, buses, and the local area is full of nice cafes + the shopping street Nørrebrogade is around the corner. There is a lot of outdoor life here during Summer, and the local park Nørrebroparken is 5 minutes away by foot. There are 5 supermarkets close by.
Large, shared green yard, all are welcome. It is connected to a smaller, green ...and cozy yard, which is more quiet, and well suited for sunbathing/reading etc.
Furniture:
The room is furnished. I provide a single bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, table/desk, chair, floor lamp, carpet.
In addition, you get your own mini-fridge, electric cooker and a mini-cooktop for the room, cutting board, some tableware (plates, knives/forks, glasses, cups, bowls).
I do this to give you the opportunity to prepare snacks and tea/coffee in your own space, if you prefer some peace and quiet when you get home.
Of course, you’ll have full access to the kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and we have a good and clean paid laundry in the cellar with washing machines and dryers.
I live with my 16 year-old son and our sweet, curious and cuddly cat Mingus.
We get up approx. 6.30 on weekdays, so it would be perfect if you also get up early yourself, or can sleep even though we get up, so we won’t bother you in your sleep. :)
I don't have many other rules, but I can't live with a smoker, or with someone who uses a lot of perfume or uses perfumed washing powder/rinsing agent for her laundry, as I'm slightly allergic.
We are looking for a calm and decent person who mostly looks after herself, but who doesn't mind casual, social encounters when we bump into each other in the kitchen or on the way in and out the door.
We are friendly people and it is important for us that you feel at home.??
