Hey future roomie!
We are looking for you starting from September 2025.
We live in a newly built apartment complex 20 meters from the water on Teglholmen, with several swimming spots close by.
Your room has about ~12 sqm. and lies towards the courtyard. The appartement has 99 sqm. where the other two private rooms make up ~10 sqm. each of that. We have a nice balcony as well.
Your future roommates are Ravi and Paula. We both work and Paula studies besides that. Together we sometimes have movie nights and every few months we host a party.
We keep the communal space tidy and clean up after ourselves.
Due to allergies we would like it to be a pineapple and kiwi free place as well - the fruit not the people ;)
The rent is ca. 6100 kr including heating and possibly soon internet (we have to figure that one out still).
