Looking for a male flatmate!

Looking for a flatmate (male), someone who believes in living clean and tidy, no-smoking and dont have pets ??!! One spacious private room (furnished with bed, wardrobe, table and chair) available for rent, in a fully furnished, comfortable, sunny and convenient apartment in Kista.
Rest of the apartment including Kitchen, bathroom and a storage room are shared currently with me. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (fridge / freezer / dining table / induction / oven / microwave and dishwasher). There is a washing machine in the bathroom and you also have access to a common laundry room. Very close (4 mins walk) to Kista Galleria, T-Bana & bus station and hence also gym, filmstaden, grocery stores (Lidl, ICA, COOP), shopping, restaurants and whatever else you may need. The train takes you to T central in 16 mins.
It is available for rent from 1st October, for a long term (10 months but can be 2-3 years). Rent would include heating, garbage collection, internet and water bills. Electricity and home insurance will be shared equally at actuals.
A brief about me: I am a student. Very clean, organised, friendly. Looking for flatmates, who would like to stay as a family :)
