Room available 2 months (July & August)

Hey there!

We’re looking for a roommate to rent the third room in our flat in Valby, Copenhagen.

The room is approximately 15 m², unfurnished, and available from 1 July. Please note that this is a short-term rental, as the lease for the flat is being terminated at the end of October.

The rent is 5,000 DKK per month, with everything included. There is a 2,000 DKK deposit, which will be fully refunded unless there are significant damages. The full two-month rental period is prepaid, totaling 10,000 DKK.

The apartment was built in 2017, is in very good condition, and includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Tumble dryer
- Large shared living room
- Big TV
- Internet

The apartment is around 100 m² in total, and you’ll be sharing it with me (Nicolai, 32) and Daniel, 31. Daniel will be moving out during July and will be quite busy renovating his new apartment.
