Hello! Our third roommate is moving out to start new adventures, so we’re looking for a new female tenant in her mid-twenties to early thirties to join our cosy and relaxing home :)

Rent: 6350 DKK (plus electricity which varies but is around 180kr/month, internet 116kr/month and insurance 116kr/month)
deposit: 1 months rent
Move in date: between August 15 and September 1 2026
Move out date: around Mid December

About the room and apartment:
The room is for an short-term rental with CPR in a big, bright apartment.
The room is ...around 10m^2 and can stay furnished/semi-furnished if desired.
The apartment itself is around 110m^2, with three bedrooms, a big bathroom and a large living room/kitchen, as well as space in the basement. There is also a cozy outside area with some garden furniture (sofa and a small table for eating/working) and a space for bikes (as well as a bike shed in the basement).
Who are we:
Alessandra is 27. She's working in Pharmaceutical marketing. Alessandra has been our resident musician, dazzling us with guitar renditions of any song you can name. In her free time, you can find her watching movies, exploring Copenhagen, working out and making the best tiramisu in the world.
Karlien is 27. She’s in her final year of her PhD at the Center for Stem Cell Medicine, reNew (Department of Biomedical Sciences). In her free time, Karlien loves bouldering with friends and running half marathons. She also loves movies and is a part of choir at the institute. Karlien entertains us with her beautiful voice and her amazing humour.
Who are we looking for?
We’d love to find a flatmate who is:
• A girl, 24-35
• Employed or a student
• Planning to stay for the entire period of 3.5 months
• International-minded, responsible, respectful, and clean (we follow a cleaning schedule)
• LGBTQ+ friendly
• A non-smoker, with no pets
We’d love someone social and up for the occasional movie night, but who also respects closed-door time. The apartment has a very open and friendly vibe, while still giving everyone space when needed. It’s important that you treat the flat like a home. We often hang out in the living room to cook, chat, or watch movies, and from time to time we’ll head out together to the cinema or for dinner in the city. So, it matters to us to find someone who fits well with that atmosphere.

The area is really nice, with lots of cafes, bakeries restaurants and shops nearby, which we’d love to explore with you! There is a shopping mall and a gym within a 10 minute walk from the apartment as well.
