Roommate/inneboende m/f 27-40 years old

Hi!
My name is Marie and I’m 32 years old. I’m from Denmark (speak Danish), but I’ve lived in Malmö for 3 years now. In september I’m moving to a 4 room apartment just by Möllan and Triangeln station.

I would like to find a roommate that could potentially also be a friend. It could be cozy and fun to cook some meals together, play board games, watch a movie etc. once in a while. Of course we would also each need our privacy and that would be respected as well.

What I look for in a roommate:
- Male/female 27-40 years old
- Student or job with stabile income
- Plus if you’re Swedish, since I really want to improve my Swedish
- Speaks Swedish or Danish or English
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No drugs!

About the apartment:

- Consist of 4 rooms plus one kitchen and one bathroom
- On the 5th floor with elevator
- Walking distance to Triangeln and Möllan
- The room is not furnished but if you request it, this can be fixed with a 15% increase in the rent of 3500 SEK (the rent includes electricity, heat and wifi)
