Student apartment at lappkärrsberget

The student apartment is 24m² with its own kitchen, bathroom and small balcony on the third floor, the top floor, in one of the quieter buildings in lappis (one of the bigger student housing areas). Furthermore there is a shared laundry room in the basement of the building and a bicycle garage. It's close to nature and some great beaches in addition to 5 min walk to Stockholm university (SU) and 10-15 mins by bike to Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).

I'm looking to rent out the apartment from mid September to mid/late February. There is some room for flexibility with the dates if needed.

The apartment will be rent out furnished for 6220 SEK (605€) which includes housing, internet, water and electricity
