Hey there,
We are two creatives living in the south of Copenhagen, looking for a third person to share our apartment with from 1st of September.
We usually both have a lot going on, but we care about keeping the apartment nice and sharing the practical things around the home — including taking care of our three cats. So you should be cat-friendly and comfortable living with pets.
The room available has four built-in closets and one of our spacious balconies attached (with morning sun, when it shows up). The apartment is quite new, so everything works as it should. It has a washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, 2 balconies, and a big living room.
It's located on Teglholmen with direct access to the waterfront and just 10/15 minutes biking from central station, around 7 min walk to the m4 line, Amager Fælled and Sydhavnstippen are close by in case you love nature. The rent is 7500 DKK, including utilities.
The rooms' availability is approximately a year with a chance of prolongation.
