The vacancy is a shared room. I am seeking a non smoker aged 28+ to share my ground floor, 20 Sqm room from 7th December to 5th Jan (possibly a bit longer). The price for the month is 3000. Located in Wesselsgade, near Blågårds Plads and 1 minute walk from the lakes. The building has a beautiful and peaceful communal garden, 10 minutes walk from Forum Metro Station. Shopping possibilities very nearby are Netto, 2 grocery shops, 365 Discount supermarket, Superbrugsen supermarket and small local kiosks.
All bills and WiFi are included. Replies in English, Danish Spanish and Swedish welcome. There are 2 beds in the room. One is a single bed and the other is a ceiling bed above the single. You'll be sharing the room with 1 other person.
