Hi, I am looking for a flatmate to share my 3-room apartment in Hedehusene. You'll be renting a private room.

The room is 9 sqm and comes furnished.

Rent 5000 DKK utilities included (water, electricity, heating, wifi)
Open to both short-term and long-term stays
CPR registration possible for long-term stays
Available from September - move in date is flexible
Deposit 7500 DKK

The apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, two bedrooms, and a small balcony. It has a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and an oven.

The apartment is located in Nærheden, less than 10 minutes walk from Hedehusene Station from which you can reach Roskilde University in 10' and Copenhagen H in 20' by train.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am 33 and working full time. I am polite and respectful and have lived with others before. I have no preclusions regarding your age and whether you are a student or worker as long as you are respectful and I feel you might be a good fit.
