Furnished room for rent in Ørestad, by Vestamager Metro station (Copenhagen).
You will be sharing the apartment with me, Cameron, training to be a nurse, and Nikos (30, chemist)
We are quiet, clean and respectful of boundaries and you should be the same. We tend to keep to ourselves and are very busy, so peace at home is essential.
I can be flexible regarding move-in, as the room is already empty.
The apartment is not a "collective" but I expect that we should be able to get along as you will be sharing my space.
No pets. No couples.
CPR reg is available.
International students welcome. We are also LGBT+ friendly. And you should be too.
You should, for communication, at least speak English or Danish.
The rent will be 5250 DKK a month (water / heating / internet / electricity included)
The deposit will be first month + last month + security deposit (so 15750 total before moving in).
The apartment is on the 4th floor, with elevator, and located 3 minute walk away from Vestamager Metro station (then a 15min metro ride to Nørreport) and to a local supermarket (Rema1000), 5 minute walk to Kalvebod Fælled (nature reserve), 1km to Field's shopping centre and Ørestad train station.
Tip: Send me a message telling me who you are, what you do, your experience of living with others, how long you hope to stay, and any other useful information. I do not reply to these "XYZ is interested in a room like yours!" auto-generated messages.
