Hi new roomie!
Dora and I are looking for a third person to share our very bright, spacious (103m2) and cozy 4-room apartment with us! The location is fantastic, only a 2-minute walk to the metro Enghave Brygge (M4) or a 5 minute cycle to Fisketorvet mall, Dybbelsbro or Sydhavn S-tog station, and the inner city is reached in 10-15 minutes by bike. And did I mention that the water and swimming/sunbathing pier is right outside the doorstep?
Other features in the common area include a comfy sofa/TV corner, modern and completely stacked kitchen (yes, also an air-fryer and sandwich maker), a nice balcony that is wind and rain protected, and a modern bathroom with washer and dryer. CPR registration is possible, of course.
Your room is shown on the floorplan and is the 2nd largest one, including ...a build-in closet and is furnished with a 150 cm bed, TV and TV stand.
Sound good so far? Great, let us introduce ourselves:
I’m Dora and originally from Croatia and in Denmark for a bit over 3 years now and a recent Food Science graduate from KU. This is not only my study subject, but my passion! So be prepared to smell garlic, imported olive oil, and freshly baked cakes on a regular basis ?? Other than that I’m a lot into fitness, yoga, dancing and socializing, and of course love the outdoors (when the weather is nice).
Hi I’m Andy from Germany and moved to Copenhagen a bit over 4 years ago. I’m tidy and social (but not before my 1st cup of coffee in the morning). I too enjoy fitness, nature and the beach, going out with old and new friends, and anything history or science related. Warning: there will be “fun” facts dropped every now and then :-P
We have been a couple for over a year now and have been living together with other roommates for several months now. And since the other roommates are moving into their own place, we have their large bedroom available! We are not solely renting out the room due to the crippling socio-economic hardships of living in one of the most expensive cities but would really like to have a homey and social environment. This is why we are looking for a roommate with shared flat experience who is not just looking for a hotel room, but every now and then shares some activities or a cooking session with us. Of course, we also are busy at times and a closed door is respected.
The move-in date is ideally around August 20th, but is a bit flexible. Just let us know when it would suit you, and if you are a good fit, we’ll find a solution. Both long- and short-term rental is ok, just write to us what you are looking for. The rent is 7500 DKK including water and heating, plus electricity based on consumption (divided between the three of us).
Please write a few lines about yourself when reaching out, and maybe talk to you soon? :-D
