I am renting out a furnished room in my apartment located next to Vigerslev park, Valby. The room has access to a balcony and there is public transportation right outside of the building. S-train is 13 min away and bus is 2 min away.

You will be sharing a bright and cozy apartment with me and my 10 months old baby. We will share living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Your room and the living room has just been renovated.

The room is 8 sqm.
Fully furnished.
Rent is 4000 kr. pr. m. (everything included, also Wi Fi).
Deposit is 8000 (fully refundable if no damage is done).

Available ASAP and until April (possibility to prolong contract)
CPR registration is available.

Looking for a friendly, calm, clean, non smoker and quite girl (25+ years old).

I like to keep the appartment private and for recharging in general, please have this in mind - No sleepovers/ no partner in the room/appartment.

I'll be travelling with my daughter until mid December, so you'll have the apartment to yourself and we will share thereafter.
