Room in Inner Østerbro. I live in the apartment with my dog.
About the apartment: The apartment is 79m², built in 1890, and located within a 10-minute walking distance from Østerport, Trianglen, and Nordhavn stations, providing access to S-trains, regional trains, metro, and buses. It is situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, close to green areas, the lakes, and the sea.
In addition to the room, you will have access to our private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a bathroom in classic Copenhagen style (big enough that the shower isn't over the toilet, but not large). Of course, you will also have access to the kitchen.
Your room is 12m². If you have guests for dinner or prefer to eat in the living room, the dining table is available, but the dog will also be present.
About me: I am 28 years old and studying innovation and entrepreneurship. Alongside my studies, I work as a business analyst in a large company.
The most important thing is that the new tenant is a dog person, as she is an English Bulldog who snores, is very social, and generally takes up space in the apartment.
