8 m^2 room in Brønshøj available as soon as possible

I'm renting out a room in my apartment preferably already from 1st September. It's a three room apartment and it would be the two of us living there. The room is unfurnished and it's not a very big room, but there would be free access to the living room and balcony which are both quite spacious.

I'm a smoker and I both listen to music and sing out loud some times and I play guitar too. But when that is said I am mostly chilling, playing some game or watching something or the other. I rarely host parties here per say but I enjoy a Poker evening once in a while and don't mind visitors.

I don't mind hanging out, drinking a cup of coffee, talking and whatnot. And also if one of us needs privacy behind a closed door then that's completely fine too.

The rent, which is 4000 dkk includes heat, electricity, water, gas and wifi. The 12000 dkk deposit equals three months prepaid rent.
No washing machine in the apartment. Washing room in the building basement as well as a storage room for bicycles.
Sun on the Balcony. No indoors smoking.
