My roommate and I are looking to rent out the third room in our 104sq mtrs apartment. The room is available from 1st of September (can be earlier if needed). To start with, we would like to have a 6 months contract which can be extended further.
Monthly rent will be 6400Kr which includes the rent, electricity, heating, wifi & a fortnightly cleaning services. The apartment is round the corner from the Lakes which makes it a pretty central and good location to live.
About me - I am 29 years old, Indian, living in Europe for last 5 years. Working full time in Copenhagen, very active (diving, running, cycling & volleyball), and love cooking different cuisines.
What am I looking for - Preferably, someone who is around my age that I can socialise with. Regardless of playing board games, cook together, watch a tv series, arrange a dinner&drinks at our place or simply just going out for one or five drink/s. Because, isn't it better to live with friends instead of just flatmates ;)? At the same time, someone who also respects a closed door.
The bedroom will come with a fixed wardrobe unit + a side unit. The kitchen is fully equipped (including washing machine and dish washer). The bathroom has a separate shower cubical.
I will have the interviews after 10th August, once back from vacation. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
