Room up for grab

Dear All,
A room on Ordrupvej (Skovkrogen 5) is up for grab from the 1st of September, 2020. The house is in a very nice neighborhood, close to the woods (Dyrehavn) and beach. It's close to many stations (Ordrup, Klampenborg), and also a bus stop to bus no. 185 to Faellaparken (KU campus)/Nørreport is just outside of the house. And many different supermarkets (Fakta, Meny, Irma) are stone's throw from the apartment.
You will be sharing the apartment with me. A bit about myself, I am a Postdoc researcher at the department of biology, a friendly, kind, and calm person. What I am looking for is a GIRL tenant who is calm, friendly, keeps the house clean, and is respectful. It would be great if we do some social activities together, making the house a happy place to live. It's a three-room apartment. We will both share the common spaces. It is available for 1 year or so. I would prefer someone who is wishing for long term stay just like me. We can arrange for viewing if you're interested.
About the room:
Nearly 14m2
Single bed, big closet, study table (you can bring some of your stuff).
15-20 minutes to CPH center by train/bike.
Close to the sea and forest.
Calm student or Ph.D. will be preferred.
5000/month; CPR possible
