we are subletting our apartment in Indre By
It is located in the city center on Kompagnistræde (a popular walking street with many cafés), and Gammel Strand metro station is only 400 meters away. The apartment is shelted from noise, since it is located in second row behind a courtyard, which has a lot of space for bikes.
The apartment is 42sqm on the 4th floor and consists of a bedroom, livingroom, separate kitchen and bathroom. The whole apartment is fully furnished, also including a TV, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils.
The rent is 8000 kr., including heat, water, internet, TV and electricity. It also includes the use of a shared washing machine and dryer. On moving in, the deposit will be 16000 kr. (2 months rent) and one month prepaid rent.
No pets or smoking allowed. The apartment will be rented out for one person only.
