Furbished room in a very well maintained apartment in 3 stories. The room is located on the 4th floor (1. story) with lots of sun light and enjoyable view to big trees. Plenty of closet space, double bed, desk, office chair, drawers are available in the room.

You will have access to a good and well laid out kitchen including dishwasher, and you will almost have your own bathroom with separate shower, as we have our own bathroom upstairs at the 5th floor in connection to our bedroom. Access to Wi-Fi, Netflix and HBO is included.

We have been a couple for 10 years and are both engineers – Martin is 45 years old working in his own green tech company, and Louise is 36 and works in the area of electrical power.

We have had two roommates so far. A professional for 3½ years who was moving out last summer, as she got her own flat. And one for the past ½ year, who is doing his internship as a part of his master studies, ending at the end of January. We are therefore looking for a new lodger from the 1. February 2020.

We are only interested in renting the room to one person - not a couple. Therefore, we have set a maximum of 2 sleepovers per week. However, if you have family from out of town visiting, they are of course very welcome to stay more days. Overnighting visitors should though always be introduced to us in advance.
